Justin Mullarkey

Justin is a principal at Mullarkey Real Estate Group, a trusted resource for commercial real estate in North Carolina. He has 20 years of experience in brokering and developing transactions in land, retail, industrial, multi-family, and office properties. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM, 2012) designation, a recognized mark of excellence in the industry.

With a skill set that covers tenant/landlord representation, investment sales, private consultation, and development, Justin delivers value and forges deep relationships with his clients. He is also an owner and developer of various properties throughout the state, including medical office space, market rate multi-family housing, office, retail, and industrial. Justin is passionate about his alma mater, East Carolina University, where he serves on the Board of Visitors and the committee of ENC Alliance. He also supports various community and charitable causes, such as Habitat for Humanity and The Refuge.

Nathan A. Mazzuca

Nathan serves as a pivotal Project Manager at Mullarkey Real Estate Group, playing a key role in the firm's achievements in both brokerage and development sectors. He stands out for his leadership, organizational skills, and adept problem-solving abilities, enabling him to lead teams effectively, allocate resources efficiently, manage timelines, and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget. Nathan is recognized as a versatile asset, offering a wealth of knowledge and capabilities to the company, its clientele, and partners.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology, with a Minor in Industrial Business Management from East Carolina University. Furthermore, Nathan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and acts as the qualifying agent for Everly Building Company, as authorized by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.

Beyond his professional commitments, Nathan cherishes spending time with his family. He enjoys weekend getaways to the beach with his wife, Sydney, and their two children, Juniper and Bruin. These moments of relaxation and family bonding rejuvenate him, fueling his drive to succeed in both his personal and professional life.

Sebastian Kressley

Sebastian's specialty is Multifamily investment sales, where he has an extensive background as a General Partner on multiple multifamily acquisitions and dispositions. He works on the front end of identifying investment opportunities for our clients while also advising during the underwriting process. Sebastian also represents landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers in other assets classes.

Prior to beginning his real estate career, Sebastian worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and assisted in Annual Operating Plans of $330M+ and continues to build his real estate investment portfolio. He is a graduate of East Carolina University and currently lives in Greenville, NC. When he is not training for an Ironman or golfing you can find him volunteering and giving back to this great city.
